Anne's Career Path
Anne is well qualified to serve RSM, receiving her undergraduate business degree from USC.
She serves RSM residents as Field Representative for California State Assemblyman Bill Brough.
For 26 years, Anne has owned and successfully operated an award-winning design firm.
Anne is proud to serve on the City of RSM's Planning Commission and to have served as Chairman – and of all our City has accomplished. She wants to thank everyone for years of hard work, our City is strong and its future bright.
Anne has been an active member/participant in numerous community organizations, including the RSM Chamber of Commerce, San Francisco Solano Catholic Church, Santa Margarita Catholic High School, Patriot Day, Zero Trash Initiative, Community Associations of Rancho and many youth sports programs.
She is a dedicated, proven, and experienced leader.
Anne and her husband celebrated their 30th Anniversary this year – and for 24 years, as the parents of three children, they've been proud to call Rancho Santa Margarita home.

City of RSM's Planning Commission
Anne has served as one of your Planning Commissioners for almost 3 years and has worked with City Staff and local business applications. She has also served as the Planning Commissioner Chair person for one year.
Anne Figueroa Designs
Anne Figueroa Designs specializes in fine home interiors.
Anne Figueroa is an Allied Member ASID award winning designer, designing home interiors since 1992.
Figueroa Design has participated in six design houses including homes in Orange, Nellie Gail Ranch, Ladera Ranch, Newport Coast and most recently Shady Canyon.
Anne Figueroa has won the Platinum award in 2002 for Best Master Bedroom Design and another Platinum award in 2004 for Best of Designer’s Own Home.
California State Assemblyman Bill Brough Field Representative
Anne also works for our local Assemblyman Bill Brough of the 73rd District and has learned about the workings of city governments, Chamber of Commerces, and local government agencies.
